Bishop Tudor Bismark's Borehole Initiative Brings Life-Giving Water to Chimukopa Primary School

A beacon of hope has arrived in the form of life-giving water for Chimukopa Primary School, located in Mutoko District, Mashonaland East province. 

Through a generous act of corporate social responsibility (CSR), Bishop Tudor Bismark's New Life Covenant Church (NLCC) has drilled a much-needed borehole, bringing a transformative change to the school and surrounding community.

A Legacy of Service and Compassion

Bishop Tudor Bismark, a prominent apostolic leader and founder of Jabula – New Life Ministries International, has long been recognized for his commitment to serving others. He and his wife, Pastor Chichi Bismark, lead the New Life Covenant Church in Harare, Zimbabwe, and Bishop Bismark also serves as the Chairman of the Council of African Apostles, a dedicated initiative to address critical issues facing the African church.

Addressing a Vital Need: Water Scarcity in Chimukopa

Chimukopa Primary School, like many schools and communities in rural Zimbabwe, faced the daily struggle of water scarcity. The old bush pump system, a constant source of frustration, provided an unreliable and laborious means of accessing water.

The new borehole, coupled with the installation of a solar-powered system, ensures a sustainable and reliable source of clean water for the school. This step away from the outdated bush pump system marks a significant improvement in the quality of life for the students, staff, and the community at large.
